A 50-minute session between therapist and client, focusing on personal exploration, growth, and overcoming specific challenges. You do not need any musical experience, as music is used as a tool in each session to promote well-being, improve communication, reduce stress, enhance emotional expression, and support overall health.

This is known as the assessment phase, where I understand what your needs are for this process, as well as your expectations. Together we formulate the way forward for the process.
